American Construction and Estimating Service uses the latest software for CADD, PDF, and Vector PDF drawing files. Once your work is complete you will receive a scaled PDF plan of your project takeoff including color coding, project-specific notes, phasing, a Markup Index, and a Markup Summary.
Not all your project takeoff can be accurately done with a computer software program. Utilities, Underground Storage Facilities, Concrete Structures, Support of Excavation, and other detailed project activities require thorough hand takeoffs with a detailed record of calculations. We will estimate every activity you request and provide you with custom spreadsheets that will provide you with the backup for all the resulting quantities.
Takeoff Legend Plans
American Construction and Estimating Service will provide Legend Plans for all Takeoffs so that you can easily interpret the work we provide during your thorough review prior to submitting your bid.
Utility Takeoff Summaries
American Construction and Estimating Service will provide Utility Summaries for all projects where required. Summaries provided by run or segment to include estimated volume of excavation, embedment material, and backfill.
Tentative CPM Schedule
If desired, American Construction and Estimating Service can provide a Tentative CPM Schedule for your estimate to use in negotiating an award or for planning / scheduling your project. These schedules are only available when a cost estimate is provided.
